“I tried on several dresses at David’s Bridal and nothing made me excited. I came to University Bridals one day and was amazed that I was immediately attracted to over a dozen dresses and promptly pulled them off the racks! I tried each of them on and found “the perfect one” shortly thereafter. I was very happy that University Bridals carried Maggie Sottero! Another surprise was when the young lady helping us put a veil in my hair – it was the first one that we tried on and it worked perfectly! My hair is very curly and all the veils that I tried at David’s made my hair look poofy and unattractive. The veil she put in my hair hung down straight and looked very elegant, with an A-line shape and beautiful crystals at the tips. I was also very pleased when I chose four different dresses from four different companies for my bridesmaids and flowergirls. I wanted a “bubble” dress look for my bridesmaids and wanted the dresses to work for every body shape. There were parts of each dress that mirrored the design of mine as well. My bridesmaids were happy to know that I wanted them to choose which dress they wanted. Each of them told me that their dress was one they would wear again, and some of them have already! It was amazing that we were able to have all three dress designs in the wedding, as each design was chosen by two bridesmaids each. It worked well for me to pair them up based on their dress choice. The three flowergirls looked great in their matching dresses. It all worked out perfectly – all of my girls in gorgeous black taffeta and mine in white taffeta. All of the ordering, sizing, and delivery went very smoothly and was uncomplicated. I was very pleased with the service I received. University Bridals is a bridal store that will cater to your needs and give you a quality experience. I recommend them to everyone!”

"I originally went to University Bridals to buy some shoes, that is when I told Kelly, the owner, the dilemma with my bridesmaids dresses. I had ordered them online and could not get ahold of the company that I ordered them from via email or phone. Finally, after three weeks of trying to reach this company I got them and they told me they hadn't even started on the dresses, and from that moment the dresses would not arrive until three day before my wedding (11/1/08). How would that be enough time to get them altered? That is when Kelly began searching for some dresses for me. In only one and a half days she had the most beautiful dresses for me to order. My mom picked up the dress friday at noon, pressed and ready to go, and later that evening I was crowned homecoming queen!
